I took this picture myself in the Learning Recource Center with plastic knives I got in the Cafeteria. Knives are used in the food industry and other industrys, but I mainly think of them in the food industry. In purple I have highlighted the non-congruent alternate interior angles. The angles the knives have created are also not congruent because they have different measures.
